Organic fig chutney from Sicily – a glass full of dolce vita

The customer is entitled to return ordered products within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right only applies to unopened packaging and non-perishable goods. For food safety reasons, fruit and vegetable deliveries from Sole di Sicilia are not returnable. Oils, vegetable, fruit, and oil blends can only be returned as long as the bottles are still sealed and unopened. We ask for your understanding that while our products are manufactured to the best of our knowledge and belief, they are natural products and therefore cannot be guaranteed to be completely uniform.

The order processing procedure is carefully managed and takes time. "Sole di Sicilia" undertakes to deliver the ordered goods within 7 (seven) working days for deliveries within Italy and within 14 (fourteen) working days for deliveries outside of Italy.
Delivery is considered complete when the ordered goods come into the possession of the customer or the person authorized by them to collect them. In the event that these conditions cannot be met (e.g., products are out of stock), Sole di Sicilia undertakes to inform the customer in sufficient time to allow them to be notified when the goods can be delivered.
